2 3 pound chickens or turkey legs or thighs ( I use six chicken breasts)
1 package spaghetti
2 cups chopped celery
1 chopped medium onion
garlic salt
1 pound diced longhorn cheese and 1 pound grated cheese
3 cans mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken or turkey in boiling water. Remove and cook spaghetti in the broth.
Cook soup, celery, onion, cheese, garlic salt and meat on top of stove 5 or 6 minutes (until cheese melts).
Mix with spaghetti.
Place in casserole and top with grated cheese.

Cook at 325° for one hour. If frozen, do not put cheese on top.
