1 package (15 ounce) seedless raisins
1/2 c bourbon
1/4 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
Confectioners sugar
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t ground cloves
1 lb. (4 cups) peans
1 lb. candied pineapple diced

Directions:
Soak & stir raisins in bourbon. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat oven 325º. Cream butter and gradually beat in brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add pecans and pineapple and mix all together. Bake 15 minutes. Just before serving sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
