2 (15.5 ounce) cans yellow or white hominy drained
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
1/2 c grated onion
1 (8 ounce) carton low fat sour cream
1 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon crumbledd
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except cheese and spoon into a lightly greased 8x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese evenly over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
