2 lbs. red potatoes, cubed and cooked until tender
1 c Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
1/2 t each of paprika and ground red pepper
8 slices Oscar Mayer Thick Cut Bacon cut into 1" pieces
1 median onion chopped
2 celery stalks thinly sliced
4 hard boiled eggs chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, dressing and seasonings in a large bowl and set aside. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat to desired crispness. Reserve 1 T bacon drippings in skillet. Add onion and celery to drippings in skillet. Cook and stir and crisp but tender. Add to potato mixture with bacon and mix.
