10 Pound brisket - trimmed
1 Package McCormick Meat Marinade©
Salt and pepper to taste
5 Pounds new potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Marinate the brisket in the roasting pan for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle top with salt and pepper.
Cover pan tightly with heavy aluminum foil
Bake for 1 hour
Turn oven down to "warm" setting and cook for 8 hours.
Remove brisket from the pan and wrap tightly in foil to keep it warm.
Skim off as much fat from the pan drippings as possible.
Deglaze pan on top of stove to reduce and make a nice gravy.
Add new potatoes and baste with the gravy.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour before serving it with the meat.
