Dry Ingredients:
4 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg

Liquid Ingredients:
1 Cup butter
2 1/4 Cups granulated sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
2/3 Cup buttermilk
1/4 Teaspoon of each: almond, lemon, and pineapple extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Drop rounded tablespoons full of dough onto well greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
