Bowl #1
3 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup chopped pecans

Bowl #2
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups butter
1 Cup brown sugar (packed)
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
Add dry ingredients from Bowl #1 and mix well
Add pecans
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheet about 3 inches apart
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool 1 minute before removing from the baking sheet
Makes 3 dozen cookies
