1 pound ground beef
32 oz jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
2 cup (15 0z) ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
3 cup (12 oz) shredded mozzarella or monterey jack cheese
cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
cup chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
8 oz lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain well. Add sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna noodles. Pour about 1 C sauce on bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Layer 3 pieces uncooked lasagna over sauce, cover with 1 C sauce. Spread cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese. Top with lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 55 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer. Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before cutting.
