1 head cabbage shredded
1 carrot grated
1 green pepper diced
1 tsp salt

Dressing:
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp celery seed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, carrot, pepper and salt together and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze out juice and set aside. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, and celery seed for 2 minutes and set aside to cool to room temperature. Pour over cabbage mixture, stir well, and keep in freezer.
