Pinch of Cream of Tarter
1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:

1. Beat egg white, water, and cream of tarter until foamy.

2. Gradually add powdered sugar.

3. Beat until stiff.

4. Keep covered with damp cloth until used. (Dries Hard)
