Ingredients:  
1/3 cup liquid starch
1/2 cup soap flakes
1 T. glycerin
1 1/3 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix liquid starch with water to form a smooth paste.

2. Add boiling water and cook until glossy.

3.Stir in soap flakes; cool.

4.Add glycerin

5.Stir in desired colors.
