3/4 - 1 c. sugar
3/4 - 1 c. oil
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:

Blend first 3 ingredients together, add remaining ingredients, blend with mixer. Chill until needed.
