3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 cups of Greek plain yogurt
1 lemon
7 tbsp of garam masala spice
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 cup heavy cream
16 oz tomato sauce
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, ginger, cayenne and chicken pieces. Stir, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. After 1 hour, melt butter in large saute pan over medium-high heat, add garlic and jalapeno and saute for 1 minute. (*add more or less jalapeno to taste)

3. Add chicken pieces only (removed with slotted spoon from yogurt mixture) to saute pan and cook until all pieces are fully cooked, about 8 minutes, stirring regularly.

4. Once chicken is fully cooked, pour in tomato sauce and stir. Add heavy cream in small doses, stirring constantly. (*tip: to reduce "spicy heat", add more cream if necessary). Reduce heat and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

5. Serve over white rice with naan bread.
