Salad:
1 Pound fresh spinach
1/2 Pint fresh strawberries quartered
1/2 Cup walnut or almond pieces
1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 Cup bacon pieces
1/4 Cup raisins or cranberries

Poppy Seed Dressing:
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 Cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoon minced onion
1/4 Teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1/2 Cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Mix all ingredients except oil.
Shake until sugar is dissolved.
Add oil.
Shake well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Salad: Toss all ingredient in a large salad bowl. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
