1 stick butter
½ pint light cream (or Half & Half)
1 bunch scallions—chopped
1 can(2 cups) crushed Tomatoes
1/3 cup Vodka
1 pound Penne
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Penne per package directions. Meanwhile sauté scallions in butter in large skillet for few minutes - add vodka - reduce vodka to about ¼ cup - add tomato - cook for about 10 minutes - add cream - cook another 10 minutes - add cooked and drained penne - stir cook for a minute or so and serve. If desired , add a little Italian seasoning.
