3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp oil
4 fresh turkey breast slices(you can use chicken, veal or pork cutlets also)
1 beaten egg
1/2 fresh lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Dip turkey slices in beaten egg, then into bread crumb mixture, coating well. Cook for 3 minutes, turn, cook 2 minutes more. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each cooked slice before serving. This same recipe can be used with Veal or Chicken Cutlets.
