4 pieces flat, round steak beef
1 cup flavored bread crumbs
2 clove minced garlic
4 slice prosciutto or bacon
4 Hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp parsley
¼ cup minced onions
grated Parmesan a/o Romano cheese
1 ea beaten egg
2 Tbsp flour
¼ cup olive oil

Pound slices of beef flat. Mix all ingredients through Romano Cheese (except bacon) in bowl. Lay one slice of bacon on each slice of beef, then fill with mixture, roll and tie with string. Brown bracioli in olive oil.

The meat can be prepared in two (2) ways: They can be cooked in tomato sauce or: Can be dipped in a beaten egg, then rolled in flour. Sauté bracioli on all sides in hot oil until golden brown. Place in a roasting pan. Add 3/4 cup of water and roast in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2" slices, or one bracioli each per person, and serve as is, or pour spaghetti sauce over the meat.
