Taco roll ups Recipe

1/2 pound of ground beef
1 can of Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust Classic
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
3 tablespoons of water
1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
Diced tomatoes
Shredded lettuce

Pre-heat oven 350

Cook beef, chopping it up, drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Roll out pizza dough, top with beef,
Add cheese
Roll up dough.
cut into 3/4- 1" slices.
Place on a cookie sheet cook until dough is golden brown.
Top with sour cream, lettuce , tomato and any other toppings you desire.
