hash brown potatoes (frozen, 2 lbs.)
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese (save some cheese for the top)
1 c. of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, add cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of sour cream and cheddar cheese. Grease casserole dish. Mix hash browns with butter mixture and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle leftover cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
