Ingredients: BRIE - STUFFED TURKEY BURGERS
Down - sizing??? Settle for Brie-Stuffed TURKEY Burgers and have our hearty, honey-mustard-flavored turkey burgers stuffed with rich Brie cheese.
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey 1/4c. sharp honey mustard, such as honeycup 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley 2 tbs dry breadcrumbs preferably Italian-seasoned 1/2 tsp salt 8 thin slices Brie cheese about 4 oz 1 tbs olive oil, preferably olive 4 hamburger buns, ciabbatti 4 lettuce leaves, preferably romaine 4 slice tomatoes

Combine turkey with honey mustard, parsley, breadcrumbs, and salt. Divide mixture into 8 equal pieces; shape into patties. Place 1 cheese slice on each patty (4)
In a large skillet pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add burgers to skillet, cover, cook 10 minutes. Turn and cover; cook burger 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Place 1 cheese slice on top of each burger. Cover, cook until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.

Notes: Harvest time is great feasting celebration and gathering of friends and family. If you have down-sized and have a small group, a Turkey may be too much; burgers are always a favorite, and it works for stove top cooking if you do not have a oven.
