White meat without the skin, 3oz. equals only 125 calories and 2.6 g of fat..

Dark meat without the skin, 3 oz equals 23 more calories per serving (148 calories) per serving.

CRANBERRIES- as long as you do not add too much sugar to your recipe when making it into sauce, cranberries, are not only low in calories but they are also a source of Vitamin C and fiber.

SWEETPOTATOES/YAMS - and edible root vegetable and are not actually related to the potato family. They are considered to be amongst the most
nutritious vegetables. They have low calories, rich in minerals and vitamins.

BRUSSEL SPROUTS - Although everyone's favorite, they are very dense with only 61 calories in a cup, and contain a significant amount of Vitamin C.
