12 - 15 Eggs
1 or 2 cans Chopped Green Chilis
1 C minced onions
1 lb grated Monterey Jack Cheese
2 C Sour Cream



Directions:
Directions:
Drain chilis and line bottom of 9 x 13 ir 11 x 14 glass or metal pan. Arrange onions over chilis. Beat all eggs and add to cheese and sour cream. Mix & pour over chilis & onions.

Bake at 350º 30 - 45 min
Cool before serving. Use 15 eggs for thicker servings.
