2 lb ground ham
2 lb ground pork
1 1/2 c cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c chopped onion
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c milk
2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper

Glaze
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in 2 loaf pans
Bake 350º for 30 minutes
Pour glaze over loaf and Bake 1 hour longer
