16 oz can salmon ( 2 cups )
3/4 C milk (about)
1 1/2 C soft Bread Crumbs
2 T chopped sweet pickle
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, save liquid. To liquid add enough milk to measure 1 cup. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients. Pack into a greased loaf pan.

Bake 375º 25 - 30 min

Serve with home made Macaroni & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes
