1 colher de chá de balsâmico
1 colher de chá de suco de limão

Pimenta-do-reino moída na hora
1 colher de sopa de azeite extra virgem
1 colher de chá de gergelim moído

coloque em uma vasilha o shoyu, o vinagre balsâmico, o limão, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino, misture bem e adicione o azeite, emulsione com um garfo até ficar mais grossinho, por fim acrescente o gergelim moído e regue sobre as folhas.
* se quiser pode colocar umas fatias de manga que fica bem gostoso.
