2 c white rice
1 can of Mexican stewed tomatoes
Oil
1/4 of an onion
2 cloves of garlic
cumin
pepper
4 c. of warm water
4 cubes chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Start with a little oil in pan, toast rice to a light brown. Add 4 cups of warm water, stewed tomatoes, 4 cubes of chicken broth, 1/4 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, cumin and pepper. Cover pan, cook on low simmer unit done.
