I can fresh crab meat-2cups
3/4 cup crushed wholewheat crackers
1/4 cup minced red pepper
2 minced green onions
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1tsp Old Bay seafood spice
1tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper

1 egg
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1heaping tsp Dijon mustard
1tsp Old Bay seafood spice

Directions:
Directions:
To crab meat add crackers, red pepper, green onion, lemon of 1\2 lemon, tsp Old Bay, parsley and black pepper. Mix together. Add egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix together. Using 1/3 cup of mixture form into cakes and dip into additional crushedwhole wheat crackers. Chill for I hour. In frying pan add 1tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Brown cakes on both sides. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350šor 10-15minutes.
Serve with a spicy aolie .
