5 eggs
16 oz sour cream
16 oz creamed corn
1 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson Oil
2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 tsp salt
3 c. corn meal (self rising)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake 25 minutes at 350º. Makes 2 large pans of cornbread 9x13. If not brown enough on top, place under broiler until brown enough.
