2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c Crisco
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 oz red food coloring

Icing Ingredients:
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients with mixer. Separate into two 9" round pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix icing ingredients and apply icing when cake is cooled.
