Spicy Cranberry Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 1 egg, beaten 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp ground cinnamon Sea salt and pepper to taste Cooking oil
Ingredients for cranberry sauce:
1 can of cranberries or fresh ( 12 oz) 1/3 c honey 1 c orange juice 1/4 c hot chili sauce 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground cinnamon Seas salt and pepper to taste

Directions:In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the honey into the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook for 10 min. Add all of the remaining ingredients for the cranberry sauce, mix well and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for another 10 min. Season to taste and remove from heat.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix well until combined brill the meat mixture into bite sized meatballs. Melt some cooking fat in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. Lower the heat to medium-low. Pour the cranberry sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for 10-12 min or until the meatballs is no longer pink inside.
