2 yeast cakes ( 2 pkgs yeast )
1/2 C warm water
1 T sugar

1 C milk
1/3 C melted shortning
1/3 C sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs well beaten
4-5 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald 1 C milk and let cool:
Mix together and let stand yeast, warm water, sugar:
When milk is cool, add:
melted shortning, sugar, salt, beaten eggs, yeast mixture and 4 cups of flour.
Mixture will be sticky---do not knead. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
2 hours before ready to use remove from fridge, knead well (1 cup flour), roll out and cut or shape as desired. Place on greased pan and let rise 2 hours.

Bake at 400º oven for 10 - 12 minutes
