1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dry chopped onions
1 pint sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:

Thaw potatoes
Mix first six ingredients together and put in 9 X 13 pan.
Top with 2 c. crushed Corn flakes with 1.4 c. melted butter.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
