1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 ea boneless Pork Chops 5-6 oz ea
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Ruby Pork Wine
1/2 cup Chicken broth
2 tbsps ketchup
1/8 tsp dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Over a medium to high temperature heat the butter and oil in large skillet. Season pork with salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature registers 160ºF. Remove pork chops to warm platter. Add port wine to skillet; cook 1 minute, scraping up any browned bits from bottom. Add broth, ketchup, remaining pepper and thyme, cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with buttered noodles, spooning sauce over pork chops and noodles.
