2 c Flour
1 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c Butter or Margarine softened
1 c whole pecan halves

3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Butter or Margarine

1 c Semisweet or milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1 c brown sugar and 1/2 c butter.
Stir until well mixed and particles are fine.
Pat firmly into ungreased 9x13 pan
Sprinkle pecans evenly over crust

Make caramel layer. Combine brown sugar and butter in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Pour caramel evenly over crust and pecans.

Bake 350º 18-20 minutes. Caramel layer will be bubbly and crust light golden brown.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow to melt slightly then spread with spatula or knife

Cool and cut into bars
