3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 16 oz (10 cups) Broccoli Rabe, rinsed, trimmed -- cut into 2" pieces 2 Hot chili peppers (dried crushed red pepper seeds)
Heat oil and garlic (and chili peppers if used) in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 1 min or until garlic is aromatic. Add broccoli Rabe and 3 tablespoons water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to10 minutes until stems are tender. (Discard chili peppers if used.)
