1 - 2lb bag of hashbrowns
1 - 8oz cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion
1 stick butter, melted
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs and bake 1 1/2 hr. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake another 15 minutes. Optional: use crushed ritz crackers instead of breadcrumbs.
