1 pound ground beef
1 package of broad egg noodles
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
1 package of pepperoni
2 cans of sliced mushrooms
1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and drain. Cook the egg noodles as it says on the package. Put the egg noodles in a 9x13 inch pan and put the cooked ground beef over them. Spread the sliced pepper and onion over it. Pour a jar and half over this. Stir up with a spoon. Layer pepperoni and mushrooms on the top and cover with the cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to be sure the cheese is not getting too brown. If it is, cover with foil.
