1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 lb. smoked salmon chopped
1/2 c. green onion chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. sour cream

Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. shape into a ball, in a bowl.
will be soft at first. Refrigerate until to serve. Serve with crackers (Ritz)

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
