1 1/4 mini marshmallows
3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Blueberry gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. heavy whipping cream
5 Tbsp. heavy confectioners sugar
1 2/3 c. fresh blueberries.

In a large sauce pan, combine marshmallows and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Sir in cereal.With greased hands, press into bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 in, pie plate. Set aside.
In a large bowl dissolve gelatin in the boiling water, stir in the cold water. refrigerate until partially set about 1 hour.
In small mixing bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken, Add the sugar and beat until soft peaks form. fold in berries and 3 cups whip cream into gelatin mixture. Pour into crust . Refrigerate pie and remaining whip cream for up to 4 hours. Garnish with reserved whip cream and additional blueberries,
