1 cup of Bisquick
4 eggs slightly beaten
½ cup olive oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup grated parmesian cheese
(1 sausage link optional)
3 cups grated zucchini
Season to taste with oregano, basil, garlic powder, parsley, sprinkle of paprika for top (at end)

Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray
Mix eggs, oil, chopped onion, garlic, parmesian cheese, Bisquick and seaonings. Lastly, add shredded zucchini and mix together. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown on top.
