4 garlic cloves
Olive Oil – 3 tbls
Liquid Beef Base
1 lb hamburger (cooked – drain water & fat off)
1 1lb gluten-free elbow macaroni
2 large yellow onions
2 large red bell peppers
Small container of mushrooms (optional)
1 jar good Sauce
Tsp each of Oregano and Basil
Salt & Pepper

Fry onions & peppers (1st chop in small pieces the size of thumbnail) in olive oil until translucent. About halfway thru cooking time add liquid beef base and chopped mushrooms. Cook Hamburger separately and drain well. Combine meat & vegies, add sauce and pasta and season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
