Chicken drumsticks and thighs as required

Directions:
Fry the chicken pieces until browned on all sides ( a wok is a perfect vessel for this). Place into a lidded casserole and pour over the cream to cover. Originally it was always cream, however, because it became too rich for the family we reverted to wine. Season to taste and bake for 45 - 50 minutes at 180c.
