2 packages (8-serving size) Jello - any flavor
2 1/2 cups boiling water (do NOT add cold water)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into jello. Dissolve completely.
Pour mixture slowly into 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
To cut jigglers: Dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds. Cut shapes with cookie cutters all the way through the jello. Lift from pan with metal spatula.
