4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 slices swiss cheese (more if topping with cheese after cooking)
4 thin slices deli ham
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° Use meat mallet to pound chicken to ¼ inch thickness. Place cheese slice and
ham slice on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place in baking dish and
sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake for 35 – 40 min. Can top with cheese slice or make white
sauce.
