1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 to 1 c. frozen mixed fruit
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. sugar
1 pkg. RAW tortillas ( find these in the cheese section)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, then add fruit, vanilla and sugar.
Place one tortilla on counter, add a couple tablespoons of mixture to the middle of tortilla. Fold up like a burrito. Dampen the folds of the burrito's to make them stick.
Place a little oil in a frying pan and place crepes in the pan and fry both sides. This only takes about 1-2 minutes. Place crepes on paper towels. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Serve warm or cold.
