Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2-3 potatoes (sliced)
1 yellow onion (sliced)
pack of mushrooms
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Dale or Moore's Steak Marinade sauce
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. You can make this dish in individual foil packs or one big dish. For individual, you pat out hamburger patties and season with salt and pepper. You need enough foil to wrap up this meal. Place hamburger patty on foil and add the vegetable enough for 1 person. Start to wrap it up and pour a little Steak marinade sauce to coat patty and veggies. Seal up foil and continue with the rest. Once they are all sealed place on a cookie sheet (in case they leak) and cook 30-40 minutes or until meat is brown on inside. If you decide to do one big dish, line pan with foil and place patties on foil. Add the vegetables to each patty and season with salt, pepper and Steak Marinade sauce. Cover with foil and cook30-40 minutes until done. These can also be cooked on the grill.

Personal Notes:
You can add more or different vegetables if you like.
