1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream
1 pint (2 c.) whipping cream, whipped
1 pint (2 c.) rum
1/2 pint (1 c.) brandy or bourbon

Let ice cream soften in punch bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Add rum and brandy
