Combine in large greased roast pan:
5 qts. (20 c.) applesauce, unsweetened (I used homemade)
10 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Bake in 350º F oven for approximately 3 hours, or until thick. Stir every 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Enjoy.
Yield: 6 quarts
