1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn
4 cup mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in skillet. Drain. Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a large casserole or ovenproof mixing bowl. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
