1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread ( or raisin) cut into cubes
3/4 c dried fruit ( can leave out)
6 eggs
3 c half & half or Milk (takes slightly longer to bake with milk)
2 tsp Vanilla
Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 shallow baking dish
Beat together eggs, half & half and vanilla
Pour egg mixture over bread
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight
Uncover and bake 350º about 45 minutes. Will bake up, test with fork
Can sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar
Use butter and syrup like French Toast
